　　1.此句中formidable 應(yīng)重讀，讀的時(shí)候要慢一些長一些。

　　2.important 的尾音與to 的首音發(fā)音相同，連讀為/?m?p?:t?nt?/。

　　3./t/與/j/連讀后音變?yōu)?t?/，you 弱化為/j?/，about you發(fā)音為/??baut??/。

　　4.May 在這里表示“祝愿”的意思。

　　英語語音語調(diào)

　　節(jié)奏——重讀慢，非重讀快

　　英語的句子主要是靠句子的重音來控制的。在朗讀或說話時(shí)，重讀的部分要讀得重一些、長一些、慢一些，以達(dá)到響亮、清楚的效果以示強(qiáng)調(diào);非重讀的部分則要讀得輕一夠 快一些、短一些。如：

　　I wanna go to work as soon as possible.

　　How formidable you are!

　　這兩句中，“wanna”，“you are”都不是重點(diǎn)，為了配合節(jié)奏一帶而過即可。而“go to work”，“formidable”是句子的重點(diǎn)應(yīng)該讀慢一些。
