If you and your family are forced to evacuate quickly, you won’t have time gather supplies. With an emergency go kit, you can be ready to go out the door when a problem arises.
You Will Need
*Food

Step 1: Keep a supply of food and water 在緊急避難工具箱內(nèi)放置夠3天左右食用的食物和水
Keep a 3-day supply of water and easy-to-prepare, nonperishable food stocked in your go kit. Figure on 1 gallon of water per person per day.
Include a can opener if you have canned food.
Step 2: Pack a first aid kit 放入一個小型的急救藥箱
Pack a first-aid kit with your emergency supplies.
Include a spare pair of prescription glasses and a supply of any prescription medications you are taking.
Step 3: Pack a flashlight 放入充滿電的手電筒,另備電池
Be prepared for power outages and nighttime evacuations by packing a flashlight with extra batteries in the kit.

Carry a battery-powered or hand-crank radio.
Get an NOAA weather radio to monitor weather conditions.

Stock your kit with a whistle, dust masks, extra house and car keys, cash, blankets, sleeping bags, cell phone charges, and local maps.
Step 7: Bring important documents 把重要文件放入緊急避難箱,防止受損或丟失
Pack copies of any important documents you might need, such as a medication list, medical information, the lease or deed to your home, passports, birth certificates, and insurance policies.
Step 8: Use a good container 緊急避難箱質(zhì)量一定要好
Stay organized and protect your emergency supplies by keeping them in a sturdy container that is easy to carry like a suitcase with wheels, and you’ll be prepared for virtually any emergency.
