卡梅隆首次透露《阿凡達》續(xù)集的最新動向

　　很難相信詹姆斯·卡梅隆指導的首部以3D技術拍攝的電影《阿凡達》已經(jīng)過去了6年，當年270億的票房神話，打破了有史以所有電影票房的記錄。

　　這位奧斯卡最佳導演的獲得者在過去幾年里一直同劇作家喬什·弗萊德曼，里克·杰法，阿曼達·斯爾沃，肖恩·薩萊諾一道專注《阿凡達》續(xù)集三部曲的創(chuàng)作。這三部電影的劇本創(chuàng)作本計劃于去年的7月完成，但在最新的采訪中，卡梅隆表示他們仍在對劇本的內容進行修飾。

　　在接受《娛樂周刊》雜志的獨家采訪中，卡梅隆表示，“目前我正在做三個劇本的事情，只是對他們進行必要的改善工作。電影美工的設計工作和劇本創(chuàng)作是同時進行的，到現(xiàn)在為止，歷時一年半的美工設計已經(jīng)完成。所有的角色，拍攝場景還有影片中的出現(xiàn)的生物都準備就緒了”

　　卡梅隆能繼續(xù)第一部的票房神話嗎?卡梅隆在采訪中回答，“顯然，大家都對《阿凡達》系列電影抱有很高的期待，尤其是該系列的第二部。為了證明《阿凡達》不是曇花一現(xiàn)的作品，我們不得不加倍努力。但業(yè)界人士都認為我是在給自己找麻煩。“

　　《阿凡達2》有望于2018年12月上映，而第三部也有望在2019年上映。

　　Hard to believe but it has been 6 years since 20th Century Fox released James Cameron's technological breakthrough Avatar, which shattered box office records left-and-right and finished its run with $2.7B.

　　The Oscar-winning filmmaker has spent the past several years working on scripts for three Avatar sequels with screenwriters Josh Friedman, Rick Jaffa, Amanda Silver and Shane Salerno. All three scripts were expected to be completed by July of 2014, but in a new interview Cameron says they still need polishing.

　　"I’m in the process of doing another pass through all three scripts right now," Cameron told Entertainment Weekly. "Just refining. That’s in parallel with the design process. The design process is very mature at this point. We’ve been designing for about a year and a half. All the characters, settings and creatures are all pretty much [set]."

　　Can Cameron even come close to duplicating the first film's success? "Obviously, expectations are going to be very high on these films, especially on Avatar 2, to make sure it wasn’t just some big fluke the first time," Cameron admitted. "So we’ve got to deliver. I’ve created a nice rod for my own back, so they say."
