A: What did you cook? 你做了什么好吃的?
B: Well, as you know I was in Thailand last month, and I took a cooking class! So I prepared some of my favorite dishes. 嗯,你知道的我上個月在泰國,我在那兒上了烹飪課!因此我準(zhǔn)備了一些我喜歡的菜。

B: Now this next dish is one of the most famous. Foreigners call it papaya salad but the proper name is Tom Sam. It is a spicy salad made from a mix of fresh vegetables including shreddedunripened papaya and tomato. 接下來是一道很有名的。外國人稱它是木瓜色拉但是更恰當(dāng)?shù)拿质荰om Sam. 它是味道辛辣的色拉,混合著切碎的木瓜和土豆等新鮮蔬菜。
A: This is delicious! The combination of sour and spicy is really interesting! I could have this everyday! 這個很好吃!又酸又辣很很有意思!我本來可以每天都吃這個的!
B: Ok, now for the last and best dish in my opinion. This is called Pad Thai. It's stir-friednoodles with eggs, fish sauce, tamarind juice, red chili pepper plus bean sprouts, shrimp and tofu and garnished with crushed peanuts and coriander. It's practically Thailand's national dish!好的,下面是最后一個我覺得最好的菜。叫做泰式炒河粉。它是把面條和雞蛋,魚醬,紅辣椒和豆芽菜混在一起炒。
