Rodney The Litter Bug
Rathbone: What is going on here? Officer? Rodney? What is this?
Rodney: I don't know. I was just handing out these flyers when Joe Friday here clamped down on me.
Officer: That's Officer O'Ryan. Sir, these are your flyers for your business?
Rathbone: Well, yeah yeah, so?
Officer: So, this also belongs to you.
Rathbone: This? A ticket?
Officer: Sherry ShaMr.ocks. Rodney's been distributing these flyers all over town without approval from city hall. Well, that constitutes littering, and we have a little ordinance against that, carries a $200 fine.
Rathbone: $200?
Officer: And you have to pay for the cleanup.
Rathbone: Rodney!
Rodney: Sorry, pop!
