狀語用于修飾動詞形容詞副詞或整個句子。副詞通常有副詞或與之相當(dāng)?shù)脑~擔(dān)任。修飾形容詞或副詞的狀語放在被修飾語之前。修飾動詞的狀語有的放在動詞之前有的放在動詞之后。如動詞有賓語狀語一般放在賓語之后。例如：
She speaks English quiet well.她英語講的相當(dāng)好。
He has been in the hospital for over a week.他住院已經(jīng)一個多星期了。
He went to France to learn to French.他去法國學(xué)法語。
Arriving at the station ,he found the train gone.到火車站時，他發(fā)現(xiàn)火車已經(jīng)開走了。
If I have some spare time,I would take up German.如果我有空閑時間我將學(xué)習(xí)德語。
He is ready for ShangHai the day aftertomorrow.他后天動身去上海。
