國家主席習(xí)近平9月8日出席全國抗擊新冠肺炎疫情表彰大會(huì)并發(fā)表重要講話。他指出，在這場同嚴(yán)重疫情的殊死較量中，中國人民和中華民族以敢于斗爭、敢于勝利的大無畏氣概，鑄就了生命至上、舉國同心、舍生忘死、尊重科學(xué)、命運(yùn)與共的偉大抗疫精神。

President Xi Jinping attended a meeting to commend role models in China's fight against the COVID-19 epidemic and delivered a speech on Sep 8. He summarized China's great spirit of combating the COVID-19 epidemic, which features putting people's lives first, nationwide solidarity, sacrifice, respecting science, and a sense of mission for humanity.
