說說“交通擁堵”

有車的朋友們注意了，北京市要對“擁堵費”動真格了。“擁堵費”的征收將借鑒新加坡（按通行次數(shù)收費）、倫敦（按區(qū)域收費10英鎊）等城市經(jīng)驗，目前已初步制定了收費政策和方案。今天咱們就來說說英文里怎么表述“交通擁堵”。
