blocking foul：阻擋犯規(guī)

buzzer：（比賽用的）蜂鳴器（表示時(shí)間終了，換人等）

charging foul：（帶球）撞人（犯規(guī)）

dead ball：死球（停止比賽進(jìn)行時(shí)段）

defensive basket interference：防守方干擾投籃得分

delay of game：阻礙比賽之正常進(jìn)行

disqualification：犯滿離場(chǎng)，"畢業(yè)"

double dribble：兩次運(yùn)球（違例）

ejection：驅(qū)逐出場(chǎng)

elbowing：打拐子

expiration (of game, first half)：(全場(chǎng)比賽、上半場(chǎng)的比賽)時(shí)間終了

first half：上半場(chǎng)

first (second, third, fourth) period：比賽的第一(第二，第三，第四)節(jié)

five ticks left on the (game clock, shot clock)：(全場(chǎng)比賽、時(shí)限鐘上的)時(shí)間只剩下5秒鐘

flagrant foul：惡性犯規(guī)

foul：犯規(guī)

foul out：犯滿離場(chǎng)，"畢業(yè)"

foul trouble：快要犯滿離場(chǎng)，"領(lǐng)到一張準(zhǔn)畢業(yè)證書"

full timeout：全時(shí)(100秒的)暫停

goaltending：干擾投籃得分

hand-checking：以手掌推擋對(duì)方進(jìn)攻球員之犯規(guī)動(dòng)作

held ball：持球（雙方均持球不放）

illegal defense：防守違例

illegal offense：進(jìn)攻違例（見isolation）

isolation：四位進(jìn)攻球員在一邊，而由第五位球員單吃對(duì)方防守球員

jump ball：爭(zhēng)球，跳球

loose ball foul：雙方均無持球權(quán)時(shí)的犯規(guī)（通常發(fā)生于雙方爭(zhēng)奪籃板球時(shí)）

offensive basket interference：進(jìn)攻方干擾投籃得分

out of bound：球出界線（千萬不要說outside）

overtime：加時(shí)賽，延長(zhǎng)賽

referee：裁判

second half：下半場(chǎng)

shot clock violation：違反24秒內(nèi)必須投籃(并且球必須觸及籃框)時(shí)限之規(guī)定

substitute：換人(上場(chǎng)、下場(chǎng))

suspension：停止出賽（之處罰）

technical foul：技術(shù)犯規(guī)

ten-second violation：進(jìn)攻方10秒鐘內(nèi)未帶球過中場(chǎng)之違例

three-second violation：（籃下）3秒鐘之違例

throw a punch：出拳打架

throw in：發(fā)球入場(chǎng)

traveling：（帶球）走步

twenty-second timeout：只有20秒鐘之暫停

walking：（帶球）走步
