很多上班族把周一叫做“黑色星期一”,因?yàn)閯傔^完悠閑的周末,又要恢復(fù)早起上班的作息,大家都會(huì)有點(diǎn)回不過神兒來。這種情況在英語里叫做weekend lag,就跟長途飛行結(jié)束后的飛機(jī)時(shí)差類似。
Weekend lag is a condition affecting the body's circadian clock, similar to jet lag, but instead stemming from altering one's sleep hours over a weekend of hard partying and drinking rather than from a long flight.
周末時(shí)差是跟飛機(jī)時(shí)差類似的情況,通常會(huì)對(duì)人體的生物鐘產(chǎn)生影響。只不過,導(dǎo)致周末時(shí)差的原因是周末聚會(huì)、豪飲以及作息時(shí)間的變化,而飛機(jī)時(shí)差主要是因?yàn)殚L途飛行引起的。
