近日,國家市場監(jiān)督管理總局印發(fā)的《關(guān)于推進企業(yè)信用風(fēng)險分類管理進一步提升監(jiān)管效能的意見》提出,力爭用3年左右的時間,市場監(jiān)管系統(tǒng)全面實施企業(yè)信用風(fēng)險分類管理。
Fully advancing the category-based management of corporate credit risks will help foster an innovative system to strengthen market supervision, the administration’s deputy head Pu Chun said, adding that the move is very important to building a credit-oriented business environment.
國家市場監(jiān)督管理總局副局長蒲淳介紹,推進企業(yè)信用風(fēng)險分類管理,是進一步構(gòu)建以信用為基礎(chǔ)的新型監(jiān)管機制的重要內(nèi)容,對于構(gòu)建信用導(dǎo)向的營商環(huán)境十分重要。
Regulation measures implemented for enterprises with different credit risk categories will help lead to effective and fair regulation, and stimulate the vitality and creativity of market entities, Pu said.
蒲淳稱,通過對不同信用風(fēng)險類別的企業(yè)實施差異化的監(jiān)管措施,做到有效監(jiān)管、公正監(jiān)管,有利于充分激發(fā)市場主體活力和創(chuàng)造力。
