'十四五'就業(yè)促進(jìn)規(guī)劃印發(fā)

China's State Council has released a plan to boost employment during the 14th Five-Year Plan period (2021-2025). To achieve more employment and better quality jobs, efforts should implement the employment-first policy, improve the policy system, strengthen training services, and promote prosperity for all, the plan says.

國(guó)務(wù)院日前印發(fā)《"十四五"就業(yè)促進(jìn)規(guī)劃》。《規(guī)劃》指出，要以實(shí)現(xiàn)更加充分更高質(zhì)量就業(yè)為主要目標(biāo)，深入實(shí)施就業(yè)優(yōu)先戰(zhàn)略，完善政策體系、強(qiáng)化培訓(xùn)服務(wù)、推動(dòng)全體人民共同富裕邁出堅(jiān)實(shí)步伐。

By 2025, the country's employment situation will be generally stable, and the quality of employment would have steadily improved. Structural problems also would be effectively addressed by then, business startups would create more jobs, and the ability to cope with risks would be significantly enhanced, the plan noted.

到2025年，實(shí)現(xiàn)就業(yè)形勢(shì)總體平穩(wěn)、就業(yè)質(zhì)量穩(wěn)步提升、結(jié)構(gòu)性就業(yè)矛盾有效緩解、創(chuàng)業(yè)帶動(dòng)就業(yè)動(dòng)能持續(xù)釋放、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)能力顯著增強(qiáng);

By 2025, China aims to add over 55 million new urban jobs and conduct skills training for employees engaging in new forms and models of businesses.

城鎮(zhèn)新增就業(yè)5500萬(wàn)人以上、廣泛開(kāi)展新業(yè)態(tài)新商業(yè)模式從業(yè)人員技能培訓(xùn)。

It also aims to improve the public employment service system, increase people's income, and improve their rights and interests protection.

《規(guī)劃》還提出，要健全公共就業(yè)服務(wù)體系、提升勞動(dòng)者收入和權(quán)益保障水平。

Companies should shoulder their social responsibilities of being maternity-friendly, the plan noted.

將生育友好作為用人單位承擔(dān)社會(huì)責(zé)任的重要方面。
