去監(jiān)獄逃避壓力? 韓國興起模擬入獄

For most people, prison is a place to escape from. For South Koreans in need of a break from the demands of everyday life, a day in a faux jail is the escape.

對(duì)大多數(shù)人來說，監(jiān)獄是個(gè)避之不及的地方。但對(duì)渴望從日常生活的煎熬中獲得片刻休息的韓國人來說，在模擬監(jiān)獄中“入獄”一天則是種解脫。

Since 2013, the "Prison Inside Me" facility in northeast Hongcheon has hosted more than 2,000 inmates, many of them stressed office workers and students seeking relief from South Korea's demanding work and academic culture.

2013年以來，韓國東北部洪川郡的“內(nèi)心牢籠”已接待了超過2000名住客，其中多是不堪壓力的上班族和學(xué)生，他們想要逃避韓國負(fù)擔(dān)繁重的職場和課業(yè)文化。

Prison rules are strict. No talking with other inmates. No mobile phones or clocks.

這座監(jiān)獄的規(guī)定相當(dāng)嚴(yán)格。不得與獄友交談。不準(zhǔn)使用手機(jī)或是鐘表。

Clients get a blue prison uniform, a yoga mat, tea set, a pen and notebook.

每名住客會(huì)得到一套藍(lán)色囚服、一塊瑜伽墊、一套茶具、一支筆和記事本。

They sleep on the floor. There is a small toilet inside the room, but no mirror.

他們睡在地板上。房間里有一個(gè)小馬桶，但沒有鏡子。

Some customers are wary of spending 24 or 48 hours in a prison cell, until they try it, co-founder of the mock prison Noh Ji-Hyang said.

這座模擬監(jiān)獄的聯(lián)合創(chuàng)始人盧智香稱，有些客人對(duì)在牢房里關(guān)上24或48小時(shí)持謹(jǐn)慎態(tài)度，直到親身來嘗試。

"After a stay in the prison, people say, 'This is not a prison, the real prison is where we return to,'" she said.

她表示：“住過我們監(jiān)獄的人都說，‘這兒不是監(jiān)獄，我們要回去的地方才是真正的監(jiān)獄’。”
