我國(guó)近日發(fā)布了無(wú)人駕駛汽車道路測(cè)試的全國(guó)性規(guī)范,這是我國(guó)為加速無(wú)人駕駛技術(shù)開發(fā)、在無(wú)人駕駛汽車商用上取得領(lǐng)先優(yōu)勢(shì)而推出的部分舉措。
The guideline, which was jointly issued by theMinistry of Industry and Information Technology, theMinistry of Public Security and the Ministry ofTransport, allows local authorities to evaluate local conditions and arrange road tests forautonomous vehicles.
根據(jù)這份由工業(yè)和信息化部、公安部、交通運(yùn)輸部聯(lián)合發(fā)布的規(guī)范,允許地方政府評(píng)估當(dāng)?shù)貤l件,為無(wú)人駕駛汽車安排道路測(cè)試。
It states that the test vehicles should be passenger or commercial automobiles, not low-speedvehicles or motorcycles.
該規(guī)范指出,測(cè)試車輛應(yīng)為乘用車或商用車,不可以使用低速汽車或摩托車。
According to the regulation, which will take effect on May 1, test vehicles should be able toswitch between self-driving and conventional driving to ensure the test driver can quicklytake over in case of a malfunction.
根據(jù)這份將于5月1日起實(shí)施的規(guī)范,測(cè)試車輛應(yīng)能夠在自動(dòng)駕駛模式和傳統(tǒng)模式之間切換,以確保測(cè)試司機(jī)可以在故障發(fā)生時(shí)快速接管車輛。
Moreover, test applicants must be independent legal entities registered in China, and have tofirst complete tests in designated closed zones before conducting road tests.
此外,考試申請(qǐng)人必須是在中國(guó)境內(nèi)注冊(cè)的獨(dú)立法人,在進(jìn)行路考之前必須先在指定的封閉區(qū)域完成測(cè)試。
Xin Guobin, vice-minister of industry and information technology, said: "Road testing for self-driving vehicles is a complicated project and safety should be the top priority."
工業(yè)和信息化部副部長(zhǎng)辛國(guó)斌表示:“無(wú)人駕駛汽車的道路測(cè)試是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的項(xiàng)目,安全應(yīng)該是重中之重。”
He added that car manufacturers should intensify their efforts in the research anddevelopment of self-driving technology, to offer more vehicles with safe and reliableperformance.
他補(bǔ)充稱,汽車制造商應(yīng)加大對(duì)無(wú)人駕駛技術(shù)研發(fā)的力度,提供更多具備安全、可靠性能的車輛。
