滴滴與北汽簽約合作 進軍汽車制造

Didi Chuxing, the Chinese ride-hailing group, took a further step into the car industry on Thursday, working with Beijing-based carmaker BAIC to jointly design vehicles.

中國叫車服務(wù)集團滴滴出行(Didi Chuxing)周四進一步進軍汽車業(yè),與總部位于北京的汽車制造商北汽集團(BAIC)合作,共同設(shè)計汽車。

The agreement is one of several Didi has signed with carmakers that blur the lines between their industry and the internet sharing economy. Some analysts believe the motor industry will eventually sell rides rather than cars.

這是滴滴與各大汽車制造商簽署的協(xié)議之一,這些協(xié)議模糊了汽車業(yè)與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)共享經(jīng)濟之間的界線。一些分析人士認為,汽車行業(yè)最終將出售“出行服務(wù)”,而非汽車。

Didi and BAIC will co-operate in operating fleets of electric vehicles and charging stations. For the first time Didi will help BAIC design vehicles, a sign that it is becoming more interested in car manufacturing.

滴滴和北汽將在運營電動車車隊和充電站方面開展合作。滴滴將首次協(xié)助北汽設(shè)計汽車,顯示出滴滴對汽車制造變得更有興趣。

Last month, Didi demonstrated its first self-driving car as part of its push into the inner city taxi industry, emulating ride-hailing rival Uber, which has also invested in autonomous vehicles.

上月,滴滴展示了首款自動駕駛汽車,作為其進軍市內(nèi)出租車業(yè)的努力的一部分,效仿也已投資于自動駕駛汽車的競爭對手優(yōu)步(Uber)。

Eventually, Didi plans to operate fleets of self-driving taxis in many urban areas.

“Shared mobility, new energy vehicle networks and new AI [artificial intelligence] driving technologies are integrally linked to each other,” said Cheng Wei, chief executive of Didi on Thursday.

滴滴出行首席執(zhí)行官程維表示,共享出行、新能源汽車網(wǎng)絡(luò)和新型人工智能駕駛技術(shù)之間具有內(nèi)在的相互關(guān)聯(lián)。

Xu Heyi, chairman of BAIC Group, which is owned by the Beijing municipal government, said the co-operation with Didi would allow BAIC to “be a bellwether to serve the public with intelligent networking EVs and mobility services”.

北京市政府所有的北汽集團的董事長徐和誼表示,與滴滴的合作將使北汽成為向公眾提供智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)電動車和出行服務(wù)的領(lǐng)頭羊。

Separately, Germany’s Daimler on Thursday announced it had bought a 3.9 per cent stake in BAIC subsidiary Beijing Electric Vehicle.

此外,德國戴姆勒(Daimler)周四宣布,已購入北汽集團子公司北汽新能源(Beijing Electric Vehicle) 3.9%的股份。

As well as being the world’s largest car market, China is ripe for new forms of ownership and car usage as groups integrate the sharing model into the motor industry. Didi carries 20m passengers a day, or about 7bn a year, as it taps into a pressing need for transport in China’s crowded cities.

中國是世界最大的汽車市場,隨著企業(yè)將共享模式融入汽車業(yè),中國具備發(fā)展新形式所有權(quán)和汽車使用方式的條件。利用中國擁擠的城市中迫切的出行需求,滴滴每天服務(wù)乘客2000萬人次(一年約70億人次)。

Congestion in Chinese cities is endemic and local governments see car sharing and ride hailing as a way to solve the problems. Market research shows many Chinese millennials do not share their parents’ desire for car ownership, particularly in urban areas.

交通擁堵是中國城市的常見病,地方政府將汽車共享和叫車視為一種解決方案。市場調(diào)查顯示,許多中國千禧一代并不像他們的父母那樣渴望保有汽車,尤其是在城市地區(qū)。

Meanwhile, the government has been pushing carmakers to produce more electric vehicles to cut pollution and dependence on foreign oil. But the requirements are so drastic that carmakers say they will struggle to sell all the electric vehicles they will be forced to produce under new regulations. Selling to fleets such as Didi’s may be a quick way to achieve the volumes they need.

與此同時,中國政府近來推動汽車制造商生產(chǎn)更多的電動車,以減少污染和對進口石油的依賴。但這些要求如此苛刻,以至于汽車制造商們表示,他們將很難銷售新規(guī)定迫使他們生產(chǎn)的全部電動車。賣給滴滴這樣的車隊客戶,或許是達到所需銷量的一條捷徑。

By 2020, for example, electric vehicle quotas and fuel economy requirements will force carmakers to produce more than 2.4m electric vehicles, up from 336,000 in 2016, according to research by Bernstein in Hong Kong.

例如,香港伯恩斯坦(Bernstein)的研究顯示,到2020年,電動車配額和燃油經(jīng)濟性要求將迫使汽車制造商生產(chǎn)超過240萬輛電動車,而2016年中國的電動車產(chǎn)量只有33.6萬輛。
