發(fā)改委:我國國內(nèi)油價迎年內(nèi)首漲

The National Development and Reform Commissionon last Tuesday announced a rise in the per-tonretail price of gasoline by 165 yuan and diesel by160 yuan.

國家發(fā)展改革委上周二發(fā)布通知稱，將汽、柴油零售價格每噸分別上調(diào)165元和160元。

This is the first adjustment since China madechanges to its oil pricing mechanism in January,which set a floor for adjustment to buffer thenegative effects of violent fluctuations ininternational oil prices.

這次是自我國于今年1月對石油定價機(jī)制做出改變之后的第一次油價調(diào)整。該機(jī)制為價格調(diào)整做好了基礎(chǔ)，以此減少國際油價劇烈波動帶來的負(fù)面影響。

The adjustment will see benchmark retail prices for gasoline go up by RMB0.12 per liter anddiesel increase by RMB0.14 per liter.

據(jù)測算，本次調(diào)整將會使得90號汽油和0號柴油的零售價格每升分別上漲0.12元和0.14元。

China launched a new fuel pricing scheme that sets up a price floor and ceiling at thebeginning of this year. Under the system, the price floor is at $40 a barrel and the price ceilingat $130.

今年年初，我國公布了新的油價機(jī)制，設(shè)定了40美元/桶的"地板價"和130美元/桶的"天花板價"。

Before the new mechanism came into effect, China suspended price cuts twice, citing energyconservation and environmental protection as major reasons.

在新的機(jī)制生效之前,中國曾經(jīng)因節(jié)能環(huán)保這一主要原因兩次暫停了降價。

The NDRC said it will closely monitor the effects of the new pricing mechanism and improvethe method in response to changes in the global market.

國家發(fā)展改革委表示，將會密切關(guān)注新定價機(jī)制的影響，并隨時改進(jìn)方法以應(yīng)對全球市場的變化。
