Experienced technicians in their 50s and 60s are treasures for enterprises. It would be such a waste of their skill and experience and a great loss for the enterprises if they retire early and just dance in the square. We hope the policy of postponing the retirement age could be issued as soon as possible. It will help ensure the skills of the experienced will be passed on to the next generation.

企業(yè)十分需要有經(jīng)驗(yàn)和技術(shù)的員工，他們大都在五六十歲左右。一旦這些技術(shù)管理骨干退休，早早地到社會(huì)上逛大街或跳廣場(chǎng)舞，對(duì)企業(yè)來說這是損失。我們建議相關(guān)部門對(duì)這部分人要盡快出臺(tái)延遲退休政策，以保證企業(yè)技術(shù)的傳承和經(jīng)驗(yàn)的傳授。

A lot of people think the government has a monopoly over the taxi industry, which is untrue. China has more than 8,000 taxi companies, 1.3 million taxis and 2.6 million taxi-related employees. There are also more than 130,000 self-employed taxi drivers. The taxi industry was one of the first industries on the open market, and a government monopoly doesn't exist.

很多人認(rèn)為政府在壟斷出租車行業(yè)，其實(shí)不存在。我們?nèi)珖?guó)出租車130萬(wàn)輛，就業(yè)人數(shù)260萬(wàn)人，運(yùn)營(yíng)企業(yè)8000多個(gè)，同時(shí)還有13萬(wàn)個(gè)體戶。其實(shí)出租車行業(yè)是開放比較早的行業(yè)，不存在政府壟斷。
