全國政協(xié)大會秘書處表示，截至3月2日中午12時，大會秘書處已經(jīng)收到提案945件，以下是一些受到公眾關(guān)注的提案。

The current law, which limits punishment for prostitution and assembling for licentious activities between different sexes, should be amended to cover such activities between the same sex to prevent the spread of HIV/AIDS.

現(xiàn)行法律對于賣淫、聚眾淫亂的懲處僅限于異性間，應(yīng)補(bǔ)充同性淫亂行為的規(guī)定以預(yù)防艾滋病的傳播。
