According to reports, the royal family operates with a strange custody agreement when its couples have their own children, which states that, actually, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II has full legal custody over the young royals.”

The royal family custody law may now be over 300 years old but, officially, it's still standing. That means that on paper, the Queen does have custody over Prince William and Kate Middleton's three children, Prince George, Prince Charlotte and Prince Louis.
