(1)如果是寫給機構，需要自我介紹

B.正式系列： I am writing to request/ask your assistance/help in... I wonder whether I could ask you to do me a favor.
C.面臨系列： Facing a variety of obstacles,I have to turn to you for help. Faced with a variety of obstacles,I have to turn to you for help. Confronted with a variety of obstacles,I have to turn to you for help.
(1)中間段具體說明困難
A.常見搭配： meet problems 遇到問題 have troubles 有麻煩 come across difficulties 遇到困難
B.學習方面的困難： have trouble in collecting useful/relevant materials.(搜集資料) have trouble in using the language/properly and accurately.(語言運用) have trouble in using the format/properly and correctly.(格式不會) have trouble in note-taking(記筆記)
C.對外交流的困難： have trouble in communicating with others.(和別人交流) There might be cultural differences beween China and America.
(5)提出要求 I would appreciate it if you could give me some advice. I would be more than happy if you could...
(6) 表達謝意，期待來信 Thanks for your kind consideration. I am looking forward to receiving your earliest reply.c
