A long time ago, there was a huge apple tree. A little boy loved to come and lay around it every day.He climbed to the tree top, ate the apples, took a nap under the shadow……He loved the tree and the tree loved to play with him.

Time went by……the little boy had grown up and he no longer played around the tree every day. One day, the boy came back to the tree and he looked sad.“Come and play with me，”the tree asked the boy.“I am no longer a kid.I don't play around trees anymore.”the boy replied，“I want toys.I need money to buy them.”“Sorry, but I don't have money……but you can pick all my apples and sell them.So, you will have money.”The boy was so excited.He grabbed all the apples on the tree and left happily.The boy never came back after he picked the apples.The tree was sad.

One day, the boy returned and the tree was so excited.“Come and play with me，”the tree said.“I don't have time to play. I have to work for my family.We need a house for sheIter.Can you help me?”“Sorry, but I don't have a house.But you can chop off my branches to build your house.”So the boy cut all the branches off the tree and left happily.The tree was glad to see him happy but the boy never came back since then.The tree was again lonely and sad.

One hot summer day, the boy returned and the tree was deIighted.“Come and play with me！”the tree said.“I am sad and getting old. I want to go sailing to relax myself.Can you give me a boat?”“Use my trunk to build your boat.You can sail far away and be happy.”So the boy cut the tree trunk to make a boat.He went sailing and never showed up for a long time.The tree was happy, but it was not true.

Finally, the boy returned after he left for so many years.“Sorry, my boy. But I don't have anything for you anymore.No more apples for you……”the tree said.

“I don't have teeth to bite，”the boy replied.

“No more trunk for you to climb on.”

“I am too old for that now，”the boy said.

“I really can't give you anything……the only thing left is my dying roots，”the tree said with tears.

“I don't need much now, just a place to rest. I am tired after all these years.”the boy replied.

“Good！Old tree roots are the best place to lean on and rest. Come, come sit down with me and rest.”The boy sat down and the tree was glad and smiled with tears……

This is a story of everyone. The tree is our parent.When we were young, we loved to play with Mom and Dad……When we were grown up, we left them, and only came to them when we need something or when we are in trouble.No matter what, parents will always be there and give everything they could to make you happy.You may think that the boy is crueI to the tree but that's how all of us are treating our parents.

很久很久以前，有一棵又高又大的蘋(píng)果樹(shù)。一個(gè)小男孩天天到樹(shù)下玩，爬到樹(shù)頂，摘蘋(píng)果吃，在樹(shù)蔭下睡覺(jué)。他愛(ài)蘋(píng)果樹(shù)，蘋(píng)果樹(shù)也愛(ài)和他一起玩。

后來(lái)，小男孩長(zhǎng)大了，不再天天來(lái)玩了。一天他又來(lái)到樹(shù)下，很傷心的樣子。蘋(píng)果樹(shù)說(shuō)：“和我一起玩吧。”男孩說(shuō)：“不行，我不小了，不能再和你玩了。我想要玩具，可是沒(méi)錢(qián)買(mǎi)?！碧O(píng)果樹(shù)說(shuō)：“很遺憾，我也沒(méi)錢(qián)。不過(guò)，把我所有的果子摘下來(lái)賣(mài)掉，你不就有錢(qián)了嗎？”男孩十分激動(dòng)。他摘了所有的蘋(píng)果，高高興興地走了。之后，男孩好久都沒(méi)有來(lái)。蘋(píng)果樹(shù)很傷心。

有一天，男孩終于來(lái)了，樹(shù)很是興奮，說(shuō)：“和我一起玩吧?！蹦泻⒄f(shuō)：“不行，我沒(méi)有時(shí)間，我要為家而奮斗，我們需要一幢房子，你能幫我嗎？”“對(duì)不起，我沒(méi)有房子，”蘋(píng)果樹(shù)說(shuō)，“不過(guò)你可以用我的樹(shù)枝去搭房子。”于是，男孩砍下所有的樹(shù)枝，高高興興地回去蓋房子了?？吹侥泻⒏吲d，樹(shù)好快樂(lè)。從此，男孩又不來(lái)了。樹(shù)再次陷入了孤單和悲傷之中。

一個(gè)炎熱的夏天，男孩回來(lái)了，樹(shù)太高興了：“來(lái)呀！孩子，來(lái)和我玩呀。”男孩卻說(shuō)：“我心情不好，一天天老了，我想揚(yáng)帆出海去輕松一下，你能給我一艘船嗎？”蘋(píng)果樹(shù)說(shuō)：“把我的樹(shù)干砍了，拿去做船吧！這樣你就可以開(kāi)心地遠(yuǎn)行了。”于是男孩砍下了它的樹(shù)干，造了條船，然后出海遠(yuǎn)航。樹(shù)看到男孩高興它也很高興，但男孩又是很久沒(méi)有回來(lái)。樹(shù)再次陷入虛幻的快樂(lè)之中。

許多年過(guò)去了，男孩終于回來(lái)了。蘋(píng)果樹(shù)說(shuō)：“對(duì)不起，孩子，我已經(jīng)沒(méi)有東西可以給你了，我沒(méi)有蘋(píng)果了?！?/p>

男孩說(shuō)：“我的牙都掉了，吃不了蘋(píng)果了。”

蘋(píng)果樹(shù)又說(shuō)：“我沒(méi)有可以讓你爬的樹(shù)干了?！?/p>

男孩說(shuō)：“我老了，爬不動(dòng)了?！?/p>

“我再也沒(méi)有什么能給你的了……只剩下這瀕臨枯死的老根了?！睒?shù)老淚縱橫地說(shuō)。

男孩說(shuō)：“這么多年過(guò)去了，現(xiàn)在我感到累了，什么也不想要了，只要一個(gè)休息的地方。”

“好??！老根是最適合坐下來(lái)休息的，來(lái)啊，坐下來(lái)和我一起休息吧！”男孩坐了下來(lái)，蘋(píng)果樹(shù)高興地流下了熱淚……

這就是我們每個(gè)人的故事，這棵樹(shù)就是我們的父母。小時(shí)候，我們喜歡和爸爸媽媽玩……長(zhǎng)大后，我們就離開(kāi)了他們，只有在需要什么東西或遇到麻煩的時(shí)候，才會(huì)回到他們的身邊。無(wú)論如何，父母永遠(yuǎn)都在那兒，傾其所有使你快樂(lè)。你可能認(rèn)為這個(gè)男孩對(duì)樹(shù)很殘酷，但這就是我們每個(gè)人對(duì)待父母的方式。
