497　used to do sth.的用法

　used to do sth. 表示“過去常常做某事”，只表示過去，不可指現(xiàn)在或?qū)?；否定式為didn't use to do sth.，也可用used not to do sth.或usedn't to do sth.，讀作[′ju?snt]；一般疑問句，可以把used放在句首，或用助動詞did，反意疑問句的附加問句用did或used。

She used to see him last year. 她去年常見到他。

He used not to live in this city. 他過去不住在這個城市里。

He didn't use to be so thin. 他過去不這么瘦。

There used to be a green field there; now there's a supermarket. 過去那兒是一片綠色的田野，現(xiàn)在是超級市場。

Did you use to play the piano? 你過去彈鋼琴嗎？
