1　talk about 意為“談，談論”，后接所談的內(nèi)容。

I talked about the problem with him last night. 我昨晚同他談了那個問題。

What are you talking about ? 你們在談論什么？

2　talk to 意為“和……交談”，后接談話的對象，通常是人，to 也可換為with 。

My mother is talking to a neighbour. 我母親在同一位鄰居交談。

She refused to talk with the man. 她拒絕同那人談話。
