LESSON 15 THE SHEEP AND THE LAMB

第十五課 羊媽媽和羊羔

This is a sheep:

這是一只羊：

it eats the green grass.

它以青草為食。

It has a warm coat

它身披一件

of soft, soft wool.

柔軟溫暖的羊毛外套。

Some day, good sheep,

有一天，好羊羊啊，

we must cut it off.

我們得剪掉它。

Here is a young sheep:

這是一只小羊：

it is called a lamb.

我們叫它羊羔。

Its soft coat of wool

它柔軟的羊毛外套

is as white as snow.

白得似雪。

Come to me, white lamb,

白羊羔啊，來(lái)我這兒吧，

and eat from my hand.

從我手里來(lái)取食吧。

The lamb will not come:

小羊羔不過(guò)來(lái)：

it runs to the sheep.

它跑向羊媽媽。

1.Come, Tom, come and see the young lamb. You must not bring the dog.

1.湯姆，來(lái)呀，來(lái)看看這小羊羔。你切不可帶狗來(lái)。

2.Here is the lamb, on the grass. Run, and see if we can catch it. Run, Tom, run! See! the lamb has run to the sheep.

2.這就是草地上的小羊羔。跑吧，看我們能否抓住它。湯姆，跑呀，快跑！看！小羊羔朝羊媽媽跑過(guò)去了。

3.Do you see its soft coat of wool? It is white as snow. Come, snow-white lamb, and play on the soft green grass.

3.你看見(jiàn)它柔軟的羊毛外套了嗎？它白得似雪。來(lái)吧，雪白的羊羔 ，在柔軟的青草地上撒歡吧。

4.O Tom! the lamb is in the pond! See! there it is. Here is a long stick. Catch the soft wool with the stick, and bring the lamb out. It is out!

4.哦，湯姆！小羊羔在池塘里了?？囱?！它就在那兒。這兒有根長(zhǎng)棍子。用棍子截住軟羊毛，把小羊羔拖出來(lái)。它出來(lái)了。

5.Bring the cat out to the grass, and play with it. It will run on the grass. Come, cat; come out to the soft, green grass.

5.把貓咪帶出來(lái)到草地上，和它一起玩耍。它會(huì)在草地上奔跑。貓咪，來(lái)吧，出來(lái)，到柔軟的青草地來(lái)。

6.The cat can catch its tail. See how it will run to catch it. The cat has soft paws. Its soft paws will catch its long tail.

6.貓咪可以抓住自己的尾巴?？此绾伪寂茏プ∥舶汀Ｘ堖溟L(zhǎng)著柔軟的爪子。它柔軟的爪子會(huì)抓住它自己的長(zhǎng)尾巴。

7.Tom's dog must not run at the cat. It will catch it if it can. Dog! if you run at the cat, I will run at you with a stick. If you see the stick, you will run from me.

7.湯姆的狗狗不允許沖過(guò)去襲擊貓咪。如果它可以它就會(huì)抓住貓咪。狗狗！如果你膽敢沖過(guò)去襲擊貓咪，我就會(huì)拿棍子沖向你。如果你看見(jiàn)棍子，你就會(huì)從我身邊飛奔逃離。
