Into the sunshine,
陽光里，
Full of the light,
全是光，
Leaping and flashing,
跳躍著，閃耀著，
From morn till night!
從早到晚！
Into the moonlight,
月光里，
Whiter than snow,
比雪更白，
Waving so flower-like
當(dāng)風(fēng)兒吹起，
When the winds blow!

Into the starlight,
星光里，
Rushing in spray,
急速地噴灑著，
Happy at midnight,
在午夜狂歡，
Happy by day!
在白天狂歡！
Ever in motion,
總在活動中
Blithesome and cheery,
歡樂而愉快的，
Still climbing heavenward,
總是向上攀爬，
Never aweary;
從不知疲倦；
Glad of all weathers,
喜歡所有的天氣，
Still seeming best,
看上去總是最佳狀態(tài)，
Upward or downward,
向上或向下，
Motion, thy rest;
一會兒動，一會兒歇；
Full of a nature
充滿性情，
Nothing can tame,
任何東西都不能控制
Changed every moment,
每時每刻都在變化，
Ever the same;
從不墨守成規(guī)；
Ceaseless aspiring,
不停地追求，
Ceaseless content,
不停地滿足，
Darkness or sunshine
黑暗或者是陽光
Thy element;
你的元素；
Glorious fountain!
壯麗的噴泉！
Let my heart be,
讓我的內(nèi)心
Fresh, changeful, constant,
清麗，可變，恒久
Upward like thee!
向上，如你一樣
