Roast Pig
A gentleman was invited for dinner. When he hurried there and sat down, he was happy to see a roast pig in front of his seat: "Not bad, I am next to the pig."

詞匯講解】
1. roast烤制的。roast還可以作動(dòng)詞,有“烤”的意思:The sun was roasting us.太陽(yáng)火辣辣地炙烤著我們。還可以指“嘲諷”:They roasted his new book.他們狠狠地挖苦他的新書。
2. hurry催促,急忙。Let's hurry a bit, we are far behind them.
咱們得快點(diǎn), 咱們比他們落后多了。If we hurry the work, it may be spoiled. 要是我們匆忙地把工作干完, 可能會(huì)把事情弄糟。
