Sometimes people just say foil instead of aluminum foil; they mean the same thing. 有時人們只說箔紙，不說鋁箔紙;它們的意思是一樣的。

It's like a sheet of paper but it is made of metal, and you can use it to wrap things in - to put things in. 就像是一張紙，但它是由金屬制成的。你可以用它包東西——即把東西放進去。

Here, Lucy is using it to keep the cookie sheet clean -to protect the cookie sheet. 這里，露西用它保持烤盤干凈——目的是保護烤盤。
