　　keep up 維持（好狀態(tài)）

　　keep up 表示“繼續(xù)做某事”，“繼續(xù)維持好狀態(tài)”，通過(guò) up 進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)調(diào)了 keep 的含義，在這里加上 with，變成 keep up with 的話(huà)就表示“爭(zhēng)取步調(diào)一致”。
