U.S. and European justice officials say they've shutdown two leading underground websites, selling illegal drugs, weapons, child pornography and other criminal items on the so-called dark web. Announcing the closure of Alpha Bay, the U.S. Attorney-General said it showed that the shadowy dark web offered no protection to websites that anonymously serve hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide.
