托德： 嘿，瑪麗卡!

Marika: Hey!

瑪麗卡：嘿!

Todd: How you doing?

托德： 你好嗎?

Marika: I'm OK. How are you?

瑪麗卡：挺好，你呢?

Todd: Good. Marika do you like summer?

托德： 挺好，瑪麗卡你喜歡夏天嗎?

Marika: No, I don't like summer. It's my least favorite season.

瑪麗卡：不喜歡，我不喜歡夏天，夏天是我最不喜歡的季節(jié)。

Todd: Wow, why?

托德： 啊，為什么?

Marika: Because I don't like hot weather. I don't like being hot and sweaty and uncomfortable.

瑪麗卡：因?yàn)槲也幌矚g天熱。我不喜歡熱的感覺(jué)，流汗，我會(huì)感覺(jué)不舒服的。

Todd: OK. Well, it's pretty hot in Japan so you must not like summer here.

托德： 哦，那日本那邊那么熱，你一定不喜歡那邊的夏天。

Marika: No, I don't.

瑪麗卡：嗯，不喜歡。

Todd: Is it hot in summer where you're from?

托德： 你家鄉(xiāng)夏天熱嗎?

Marika: Yeah, it's pretty hot but usually we go away on the weekends to cottages and we go swimming in lakes and stuff.

瑪麗卡：熱，非常熱。但是通常我們周末就會(huì)去鄉(xiāng)村木屋，在湖里之類(lèi)的地方游泳。

Todd: Oh, that's nice. Where are you from by the way?

托德： 哦，真好。順便問(wèn)一句，你來(lái)自哪里?

Marika: Canada.

瑪麗卡：加拿大。

Todd: So, what's your favorite season?

托德： 那，你最喜歡的季節(jié)是哪個(gè)?

Marika: Winter or fall.

瑪麗卡：冬天或秋天。

Todd: OK. Well, what do you do in the winter?

托德： 好，那，你在冬天的時(shí)候做什么?

Marika: In the winter, activities you mean?

瑪麗卡：冬天，你是說(shuō)玩什么嗎?

Todd: Yeah.

托德： 是。

Marika: I go snow boarding and I go to onsens and I walk around and I enjoy the cold weather.

瑪麗卡：滑雪， 泡溫泉，漫步，享受寒冷的天氣。
